As of 20 August 2025, the official guidelines of the Greek Authorities (SDOE) are available for submitting the application to obtain the status of\u00a0Authorised CBAM Declarant, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2025\/486 on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). This authorisation is mandatory for all companies importing CBAM products (iron and steel, cement, fertilizers, aluminium, electricity, hydrogen) and will be a prerequisite for continuing imports into the EU from 1 January 2026.<\/p>\n
