The issuance of the T2L is required in cases of sea transport, where the value of the transported goods is greater than \u20ac15,000. Our company undertakes the electronic issuance of the T2L certificate and its delivery to the recipient you will indicate.<\/p>\n<p>As of 1\/3\/2024, the Proof of Union Status (PoUS) system, Phase 1, will be operational. The main goal of this system (PoUS, Phase 1) is to replace the printed T2L\/T2LF process, which is used to prove the union character electronically. If you want to learn how to use the new POUS system, <strong><a href=\"\/en\/epikoinwnia\/\">do not hesitate to contact us<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EUR1 CERTIFICATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u03a4he EUR1 CERTIFICATE is used for commercial transactions between the EU and a list of countries, which makes them exempt from the obligation to pay duties and taxes in the destination country.\u00a0 The certificate is issued in cases where the value of the traded goods is greater than 6,000\u20ac\u00a0 provided that the Community origin of the goods can be proved. We undertake the issuance of the EUR1 certificate by the competent customs authorities on your behalf and we will send it to the recipient that you will indicate to us. Indicatively, countries for which a EUR1 certificate can be issued are: Albania, Serbia, FYROM, Montenegro, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, South Africa, Mexico, Morocco, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATR CERTIFICATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ATR certificate is used for commercial trade between the EU and Turkey. The use of ATR implies a duty exemption in the destination country for the majority of product categories.
