This rule applies when the movement of goods takes place within the territory of the European Community, without leaving it. In case the goods leave the customs territory of the EU and re-enter it, they should be presented at the customs office of entry for their Community status to be confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The main document which proves the Community status of goods is the T2L certificate.
